Brownie White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prep time  1 hour 15 minutes

Cook time 10-12 minutes

Makes 24 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups flour

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup butter

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar

  • ⅓ cup sugar

  • 1  large egg

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1  ½  teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Using  a handheld  or stand mixer, beat the butter and both sugars until creamy. Then add in the egg, vanilla  extract,  and milk. 

  2. Turn your  mixer on low and add in  flour, cocoa  powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Then add in the white chocolate chips.

  4. Then cover the dough  with plastic wrap and chill  for at least 1 hours and  at the most 4  days.

  5. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and line 2  large baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside. 

  6. Scoop 1.5 Tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball and place on your baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly soft to the touch but not gooey.
