Cookies and Cream Cookies

Ingredients

• ½ cup unsalted butter

• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• ½ cup brown sugar

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 large egg

• 1 ½ cups flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• ½ teaspoon salt

• 2 cups oreo cookie chunks

• 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare 2 baking sheets by covering them with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl cream together butter, cream cheese, and both sugars.

3. Then add in vanilla and the egg.

4. In a medium bowl sift the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

5. And mix in the oreo chunks and the white chocolate chips. Mix until completely combined. 

6. Using a ¼ - cup, scoop the cookies onto the lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart to leave room to bake.

7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
