Oreo Truffles

Prep time 1 hour 45 minutes 

Serving size 48 truffles 

Ingredients

- 1 (14.3 oz.) package Oreos

- 8 oz. softened cream cheese

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor or blender and pulse to fine crumbs.

  2. Then combine oreo crumbs (save ¼ cup of the oreo crumbs to top the truffles), cream cheese, and vanilla in a large bowl and mix until fully blended.

  3. Roll mixture into balls using a tablespoon (about 1 inch balls) then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. Melt both chocolates.

  5. Take balls out of the freezer and and dip one at a time into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with extra oreo crumbs. 

  6. Place back into the baking sheet and let refrigerate for an hour or until firm.

  7. Take it out of the fridge and enjoy!
