Makes 24 cookies
Ingredients
2 sticks ( 1 cup ) butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup christmas sprinkles
¼ cup crushed pretzels
¼ cup m&ms
Directions
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk the flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl until completely combined. Then set aside.
Beat both sugars and butter on high. Once light and creamy add in the maple syrup, vanilla, and the egg.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones and fold in the chocolate chips, sprinkles, pretzels, and m&ms.
Using a ¼ - cup, scoop the cookies onto the lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart to leave room to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
