Ingredients

  • 1 cup ( 2 sticks ) melted butter

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract

  • 1 ½ cups flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, beat melted butter and both sugars until combined. Then beat in your egg and peppermint extract.

  3. With your mixer on low slowly add in your flour, salt, and baking powder. Then mix in your chocolate chips.

  4. Transfer your bater to your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Let cool and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

  • 5 peppermint candy canes (crushed)

Directions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with wax paper.

  2. Melt your dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.

  3. Pour dark chocolate into your prepared baking pan, use a spatula to make sure your chocolate is even. Place in your fridge for 10-15 minutes to harden.

  4. While your dark chocolate is in the fridge melt your white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.

  5. Take out of the fridge and evenly pour your white chocolate directly on top of your dark chocolate.

  6. Then, sprinkle with crushed candy canes and refrigerate until completely hardened.

  7. Once completely hardened take out of the fridge and cut into your desired size. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks ( 1 cup ) butter

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 ½ cups flour

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup christmas sprinkles

  • ¼ cup crushed pretzels

  • ¼ cup m&ms

Directions

  1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Whisk the flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl until completely combined. Then set aside.

  3. Beat both sugars and butter on high. Once light and creamy add in the maple syrup, vanilla, and the egg.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones and fold in the chocolate chips, sprinkles, pretzels, and m&ms.

  5. Using a ¼ - cup, scoop the cookies onto the lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart to leave room to bake.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
